When you bring your bike to Cycle Loft for repair, we will deliver a thorough assessment, accurate estimate, and reliable completion of all service. With our "open kitchen" style service center, you can talk with our experienced technicians and learn about your bike while we work. When your bike is being serviced at Cycle Loft, it's in good hands.

Preventative care is the best policy for the best performance. Choose from our comprehensive service packages for the best overall value. We also offer a complete menu of a la carte repairs to address your individual needs. We’ll work with you to understand your needs and diagnose your issues. As always, assessment and estimates are free and performed while you wait. We will inform you by email or text message when your service is complete.

Service Appointments

Please bring your bike in for a complete assessment at the shop. A service tech will let you know on the spot what date to drop off your bike as well as the date you can pick it back up. Please note that we will not be accepting appointments through email or phone calls moving forward. Thank you.

Service Package Options

1-STAR TUNE UP $170

Give yourself peace of mind. This service is a simple inspection to confirm that your bicycle is in proper working order. If we find anything that needs attention, we’ll give you a repair estimate. This is great for a bike that is in overall good condition but hasn’t been ridden for some time.

We will inspect and advise you as to the condition and function of:
  • Check the tightness of all nuts, bolts and fittings on the bicycle
  • Adjust Brakes
  • Adjust Derailleurs (if applicable)
  • Correct Saddle level/angle
  • Correct Stem alignment
  • Correct Handlebar positioning
  • Correct Brake/Shift lever positioning
  • Inflate tires
  • Lubricate chain
  • True Wheels (minor-level only)
  • Minor Frame and Wheel cleaning included

Replacement parts not included. Labor to install parts and accessories not included.

2-STAR TUNE UP $255

Get rolling smoothly. This service includes a thorough adjustment of the bicycle’s systems: wheels, drivetrain, brakes and rider contact points. If we find anything that needs more attention, we'll give you a repair estimate.

We will clean, lubricate, and adjust the bicycle as necessary. This service includes:
  • Check the tightness of all nuts, bolts and fittings on the bicycle
  • Adjust Brakes
  • Adjust Derailleurs (if applicable)
  • Correct Saddle level/angle
  • Correct Stem alignment
  • Correct Handlebar positioning
  • Correct Brake/Shift lever positioning
  • Inflate tires
  • Lubricate chain
  • True Wheels (standard-level)
  • Thorough Frame and Wheel cleaning included
  • Removal, cleaning and reinstallation of drivetrain components included
  • Cleaning, lubrication and inspection of seat post and seat tube included

Replacement parts not included. Labor to install new drivetrain components included.

3-STAR TUNE UP $360

Your bike’s annual checkup. This service includes a thorough cleaning of the bicycle and a tank-cleaning of the drivetrain components. It also includes a comprehensive adjustment of all the bicycle’s systems: wheels, drivetrain, brakes and contact points. If we find anything that needs more attention, we’ll give you an additional repair estimate.

This service includes:
  • Check the tightness of all nuts, bolts and fittings on the bicycle.
  • Adjust Brakes
  • Adjust Derailleurs (if applicable)
  • Correct Saddle level/angle
  • Correct Stem alignment
  • Correct Handlebar positioning
  • Correct Brake/Shift lever positioning
  • Inflate tires
  • Lubricate chain
  • True Wheels (standard-level)
  • Comprehensive Frame and Wheel cleaning included.
  • Removal, cleaning and reinstallation of drivetrain components included
  • Cleaning, lubrication and inspection of seat post and seat tube included
  • Labor to install new parts included, except fork and shock overhaul.

Warranty Processing 

The fee for initiating all warranty requests and insurance estimates is $ 40.00 (this fee may be waived within one year of purchase if the bike was acquired at Cycle Loft.)

Most warranties are limited to original owners only. Proof of purchase may be required

Labor to install warranty parts will be charged at the hourly rate.

Packing Your Bicycle

Let us disassemble and professionally package your bicycle for you.

If you are shipping your bicycle via UPS or FedEx, we have cardboard bicycle boxes on hand.

If you are traveling with your bicycle, we offer Trico Iron Case and Thule 699 Round Trip rental cases. The rental case fee is $7.00 per day plus a deposit for the purchase price of a rental case which is fully refunded upon return of the rental case. The bicycle packing fee is $150.00.

We also offer the Pika Packworks line of cases and the Thule 699 Round Trip for purchase.

Cycle Loft does not ship bikes on behalf of customers. We have found UPS to be the most affordable carrier. Please go to ups.com for further information and rates.

Pricing Policies: All pricing listed is for labor only; parts are additional unless otherwise indicated. Additional service fees may apply. $5 shop supply, hazardous material and environmental fee may apply to any repair. Service pricing and available services are subject to change. Bike Abandonment Policy: Bikes and bicycle components left for service at Cycle Loft are considered to be abandoned after 4 months time of customer non-retrieval.
