Join us at Cycle Loft for our new Vinyasa style yoga classes lead by Maddie Moran, Wednesday and Friday at 8:30am. Move intuitively through breath and alignment cues paired with music to help create dynamic and fluid transitions between poses, each class is unique. Focus on strengthening neglected muscles, improving alignment, and increasing flexibility. No knowledge or experience is necessary. Please bring your own Mats, blocks etc. Maddie has been teaching yoga for 20 years. She specializes in various group fitness formats including yoga, stand up paddleboard (SUP) yoga, pilates, and spin. She has competed in numerous triathlons, including finishing two Ironman triathlons. She has also biked across America. Pay in advance, either online or by calling Jeff Palter.
